Boom and Arm

The machines are equipped with a forestry HD boom with metal piping positioned on the bottom, ensuring greater protection and durability in forestry environments.

Electrical System

The electrical system includes a main battery switch with a lock-out/tag-out device, enabling safe interventions.

It is pre-configured for the installation of a “leak” line and integrates a robust set of LED work lights, ensuring optimized visibility during both day and night operations.

Upper Chassis

Access to the upper chassis is provided from the side, facilitating inspections and maintenance.

The units include HD side doors and an HD engine hood for increased durability, as well as a 315-liter fuel tank for extended autonomy.

The cooling package is high-capacity and features a reversible fan (EC230FL), complemented by a tilting condenser for simplified cleaning.

They also incorporate a bolted compartment for chainsaw chain storage, an additional water tank, and a new toolbox to ensure better organization during operation.

Operational Hydraulic System

The machines are equipped with a forestry auxiliary hydraulic line X1/X2, single-acting, suitable for harvesting and processing functions.

They also feature a dedicated hydraulic/electric rotation cassette, ensuring precise and smooth control of the head.

Operator’s Cab

The cabs are certified ROPS/FOPS/TOPS specifically for forestry applications, ensuring maximum protection.

The emergency stop switches are positioned above the panel and below the seat, guaranteeing immediate access.

The cabs also include a dedicated mount for installing the forestry processor’s OPTI PC.

Protection

The equipment includes a bolted upper protection structure and a front guard with an LED light-equipped shield.

It also features protection for the muffler, swing motor, and slew ring, as well as coverage for the area behind the cab.

The boom and arm hoses, along with the arm cylinders and the slew ring, have dedicated protective covers.

The machines are also equipped with welded side SIPS, enhancing structural integrity during the most demanding operations.
